Drummers’ Hand Workout #1

In an effort to avoid writing a boring and mundane rudimental exercise, I came up with this one. The Drummers’ Hand Workout #1 runs through several rudiments starting at low intensity, gradually increasing in intensity until a plateau is reached, and it then goes into a cool down phase.
